Very bad drive through service! 45 minute wait time! The line wrapped around the building to the street!! Not coming here anymore!

Flavors taste too artificial, chemical-like. Strange smell in this place. They have air fresheners all around trying to cover the smell up.

To premise the review I come to this location 3 times a week. Well today I decided to bring a employee after raving about the cones. This was the first time the cones were not great at all.They were crunchy and mine even have a chunk of ice in it, literally like part of a ice cube.Not impressed and my employee wasn’t either.*update*Well I returned with my wife today, ordered what I normally do asked for extra juice. I received a dry “no juice half way down” crunchy “snow cone”...Looks like we are shopping for new spots.

Love this place!!! The shaved ice is MAGNIFICENT!!! Strawberry is my favorite flavor. Other good ones are a mixture of tiger's blood, hurricane, and strawberry daiquiri or hurricane and pina colada. Take my word and give it a shot you won't regret it.

I gave it 5 because we always have great service and we love our shaved ice. However; on Saturday 4/20 it's the first time our cashier was rude, he looked mad that he had to be there, he did not greet us, and was annoyed that he had to punch my frequent buyer card. I got the eye roll and a Huff that I even handed it to him! This however, will not stop me from getting my beloved mango margarita shaved ice😀

I had the Bahama Mama with strawberry added to it. Was a delicious drink and cooled me down quickly. Hubby had the lemon lime and watermelon snow cone and the kid had an ice cream. Perfect treat for summer!

Employees are real lazy 8: 59 they sale u nothing cuz supposedly the system its not allowed to sale at that time

Great turnout from Quest Early College High School!

This place caused quite a sensation when it opened and it hasn't slowed down. We love going there to grab a quick treat on the way home or to sit down and play a game while we let the brain freeze pass. The few times the order hasn't been what we expected it has been no problem to get things set straight.

This place is always busy so expect a wait. Staff is friendly and the sno-cones are amazingly addictive!

this is not the only time but everytime i come here they always give me a really dry sno cones this time they had a big air pocket and my avalanche was basically a large. i know you can do better bahama bucks ):

The shaved Ice taste Ah-Mazing and they have so many different sections on flavors. They also have Blue Bell Ice Cream. The service was quick and friendly. They provide games to play at your table. My little girl really enjoyed playing My Little Pony memory match. Can't wait to come back and try out another flavor.

Great Place to take the family.

Usually I'm very happy but tonight I received a large with a beautiful looking top only to discover that the middle was pure white with no syrup at all. I ordered chocolate cream and also only had that on top as well...no layers underneath at all. I was already home when I discovered this so there was nothing that I could do about it. Very disappointing.

We've had some issues here in the past but those always occur when its above 80 degrees busy. Today was a cool 55 degrees, came in, ordered, got double rewards and enjoyed a snocone with my son. Flavor are plentiful and open even in the middle of winter.

They've got a good system working. The wait in line (like 12 cars ahead of us) was surprisingly short. From order to window is four or five vehicles, and our order was being completed as we pulled up. I am impressed.The kids loved their shave ice and the wife and I loved our shave ice bahama-rama-mama style.

Always great service. Taylor, the manager is always great and knows my order. It's always a pleasure to see smiling faces there.

I've been here twice. The first time I went with a friend and her kids and I had to walk outside because the stench of sour milk/dairy was so bad. The second time, it took over 30 minutes for 2 snowcones and the floor and tables were extremely sticky, same smell but not as bad. It's obvious that the place just isn't cleaned properly. I don't know how the employees put up with that smell...

Come if you like sitting in long lines and dry sno comes. Yum.

They have good snowcones but the 30 minute+ wait is ridiculous. Then to add to that, this time they didn't even get the order right. I mean, if they write down what you order or whatever- you'd think they'd get it at least half right. But for the occasion treat, it's a good place.

This is a family favorite. So many great flavors and variety! Far exceeds any shaved ice you've ever experienced before.Atmosphere is fun, vibrant and there always seems to be a higher level of excitement in the air.Love that they have board games to play with while enjoy your treat.If you've never been it's time to try, or if you have out of town guests, it's a place they won't forget!

I've lived in the area for a few months now and I always see a long line in the drive thru. We decided to give it a try and boy were we not disappointed!! We will be stopping here every time we're in the area! The bomb pop is delicious!

Popular place. Very busy, however the wait was long and no one was cleaning tables. Mainly young adults working with no real adult management leading the employees
